Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Onassis Skin is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier operational issues

If your order appears delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Onassis Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and assist where possible.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Onassis Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.
